How does this sound as a description for a class?
Students learn what it takes to be great leaders when they explore exciting Disneyland attractions to learn the importance of teamwork and gain the self-confidence necessary to be leaders of tomorrow?
If you like this description and are contemplating going to Disneyland in California and if your group of students is in the range of grades 6-12, then you and your students will LOVE Disney's Approach to Leadership and Teamwork.
We have not experienced this class first-hand, but from what we did experience at Walt Disney World Resort, almost without question that Disney's Approach to Leadership and Teamwork will be a top notch program...a very hands on, first rate class for middle schoolers and high schoolers.

How Disney's Approach to Leadership and Teamwork ties into Gifted Education:
Many young, gifted students feel very confident when they are solving equations, working on research, creating new projects, etc. but when it comes to leadership and teamwork, these same students might feel a little less confident in front of a group or relaying their ideas to a group.
